Acceptable Use Policy

Flowframe, Inc. (“Velo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) expects all users to use the Services lawfully and responsibly.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy explains prohibited uses of Velo’s Services. It is part of and incorporated into the Velo Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to violate any law, regulation, court order, contract, or third-party right.
- Create, upload, publish, or distribute non-consensual deepfakes or other non-consensual synthetic media.
- Impersonate another person or entity in a deceptive, unlawful, or harmful way.
- Create or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, destructive code, or other malicious software.
- Engage in spam, scams, phishing, fraud, or deceptive commercial activity.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, exploit, or defame others.
- Infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights.
- Use the Services for unlawful surveillance, unlawful monitoring, or unlawful collection of information.
- Upload or distribute content you do not have the right to use, including confidential or proprietary materials where you lack authorization.
- Use the Services in a way that may endanger minors, facilitate violence, or promote illegal activity.
- Attempt to bypass security protections, interfere with service operations, or access systems or data without authorization.
3. User Responsibility
Velo is a user-directed tool. You are solely responsible for the content you record, upload, import, generate, publish, or share, and for determining whether you have the legal right to do so.
If your use of the Services requires consent, notice, disclosure, or other authorization, you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining it.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with law enforcement or other authorities where appropriate.
We may take action with or without notice where we believe it is necessary to protect Velo, our users, third parties, or the Services.

6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the Last updated date.
